Albert River Wines operates from one of the State s oldest and most historic properties Tamborine House. As their wines are only available through the cellar door mail order and at selected restaurants a trip to Albert RiverWines is a worthwhile experience whether you are a an avid connoisseur or casual Quaffer. The wines are handcrafted in limited quantities by Winemaker Peter Scudamore-Smith one of Queensland s two masters of wine. A family owned and operated company Proprietors David and Janette Bladin have succeeded in thier goal of establishing a uniquely-Queensland winery experience. Delightful lunches can be enjoyed on the spacious verandahs overlooking the vineyards.
