The Mareeba Visitor Information Centre provides a diverse range of information and assistance to tourists traveling throughout the area. The center has a cafe, free historical museum, souvenirs and stamps, free WIFI and last minute accommodation bookings. The centre’s friendly staff are local residents with extensive knowledge about the area and are happy to assist. Recently qualified for the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame the Centre is open seven days a week, from 9am to 5pm, 362 days of the year with ample parking for both vehicles and caravans.
