Cancellation Policy
As we are a small company and prepare all our own food, cancellation fees apply: a) after 3.00pm day prior to tour – 100% of fare b) failure to board – 100% of fare. Prices are subject to change. All bookings made before 24 hours prior to date of travel must be confirmed before 3pm the day prior to travel. Bookings made after 3pm the day prior to travel the customer must contact Fraser Island Adventure Tours to make sure booking is secured, we cannot guarantee bookings made without contact being made for the next day’s travel.
