SUMMIT ESTATE Wines is a 50 tonne winery located at the summit of the Granite Belt, 925 m above sea level.Summit Estate Wines has established its reputation for producing European style wines and Queensland's finest red wines. Our single vineyard philosophy and wine making techniques such as gravity transfer of wines, is producing handcrafted wines with elegance. Our bottle maturation room "La Cave" ensures that our wines mature at the correct temperature.
Description
SUMMIT ESTATE WINES is a fully operational Vineyard, Winery and Cellar Door. A visit will provide a perfect opportunity to experience our wines in a relaxed country setting overlooking the vineyard. Tours of the vineyard and winery are available and groups can experience an exclusive wine tasting in "La Cave" - our bottle maturation room.
