Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms & Conditions A Visa or MasterCard is required at the time of booking & on arrival with photo id to match. No schoolies bookings accepted & monies paid will not be refunded. Please note that while we endeavour to meet your requests we do not guarantee a specific room or floor only a room type If the booking is cancelled 15 days or more 100% of your deposit will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled 14 days or less there will be no refund. All bookings are subject to confirmation by Breakers North and are not valid until such time your credit card is debited. If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show if at the property all monies owed will be taken from the nominated credit card. All children under the age of 3 are free when using existing bedding. All other guests are charged at $25 per person per night. The property does not have the policies procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual schoolies period. In particular it does not adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety comfort and convenience of guests during this time. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leaves for the entire schoolies period. Please note that no refunds will be given after you have checked in, for any reason. We suggest that you purchase travel insurance. COMMONWEALTH GAMES BOOKINGS - 4th April 2018 - 15 April 2018 A deposit of $500 is payable when making a booking. A second deposit of $500 payable 6 months prior to arrival date. The balance payable 60 days prior to arrival. * Strict no party policy. * There is a $300 Pre-authorisation payable on day of arrival * Visa and Mastercard accepted. Cancellation of the booking 183 days (6 months + 1 day) or more prior to the planned arrival date there will be a refund less a $200 handling fee. If the booking is cancelled less than 182 (6 months)
