The Islander is the most ideally located resort at Point Lookout. Directly opposite Home Beach, we are 200m from the Bowls Club and skate park and 300m from the Stradbroke Island Hotel. The famous Cylinder beach is 200m away and we are a short walk to the local foodworks. There are a number of other shops and restaurants walking distance, including a cafe right next door that is open for breakfast and lunch. Our resort offers studio, one and two bedroom apartments. The resort has beautiful gardens, a pool, tennis court and covered bbq area on site. All of the apartments are fully self-contained and have Foxtel and air conditioning. Rebecca & Bill are the on-site managers. We are a young couple who grew up here so have a vast knowledge of the Island and what it has to offer. We are always happy to help with all your needs including tours, transport and insider tips!

Cancellation Policy
In the event of guests wishing to cancel the booking no refund shall be paid unless the unit is re-let for the total period of the proposed occupancy in which case a cancellation fee of $15 shall be charged to the person cancelling the booking. Alternatively if the unit is re-let the booking can be held open for a period of 6 months.
