Overlooking the Noosa River and situated among the top class restaurants and cafe's in Noosaville's popular waterfront area are their one, two and three bedroom apartments. Each apartment is fully self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a laundry and spacious living areas extending to a balcony overlooking the Noosa River. Almost all have views over the river. The ground floor apartments have garden patios. Most units have undercover security parking and there is spare off street parking. There are also Wheelchair/Disabled Access Apartments with no stairs. These have accessible, open bathrooms with showers to make life easier for disabled or wheelchair bound guests. Relax with a book by the beautiful heated swimming pool, cook on the undercover barbecue, walk along the riverfront or why not try a game of tennis at the adjacent courts. They are only a short walk to top class cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket, and just across the road from all water sports on the river. Noosa Ferry and bus stops are across the road and Noosa Main Beach and Hastings Street are five minutes drive away. You can swim, surf or hike all year round in the ideal climate.

Cancellation Policy
1. For bookings cancelled 14 days or more before scheduled arrival the deposit will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee. 2. For bookings cancelled within 14 days of scheduled arrival and the apartment cannot be re-let for the same period no refund will be given. If the apartment can be re-let a $50 administration fee applies. 3. Non arrivals will attract full retention of the deposit held.
