CANCELLATION POLICY The Colonial Resort Noosa adopts the following practices when dealing with the cancellation of holiday bookings; In the event of the guest desiring to cancel their booking a refund of the deposit less an administration fee of $175 will only be made if; · More than 28 days notice is given in High Season · More than 14 days notice is given in Mid Season · More than 14 days notice is given in other times The administrative fee of $175 covers the cost of processing the booking receipting and banking the funds cancelling the booking from our systems raising the refund Cheque mailing the refund Cheque with a covering letter and meeting bank charges.
