Less than 14 days notice prior to check-in- full deposit is forfeited High Season cancellation- More than 28 days prior to check -in deposit less an administration fee of $25.00 will be refunded. Less than 28 days notice prior to check-in- deposit less an administration fee of $50.00 will be refunded but only if the apartment is re-let for the full term
