Malibu Resort is definitely beachfront and definitely in the very heart of Mooloolaba. All apartments at Malibu are two bedroom, two bathroom (with spa bath), fully self-contained and air-conditioned. Apartments have balconies/courtyard that are directly ocean facing. One Rooftop Apartment has exclusive rooftop barbecue and hot tub the other does not have a hot tub. Free cable television, and DVD players. Apartments can be locked down to one bedroom.
They're located within a five minute radius of all Mooloolaba has to offer including shops, cafes, restaurants, tourist attractions, the patrolled Mooloolaba Beach, the Mooloolaba Surf and Bowls Clubs along with the Mooloolaba Shopping Centre including supermarket, bakery, chemist, newsagency, bank, and bottle shop.
All apartments are non-smoking however smoking is permitted on the balcony. Apartments can be locked down to suit two people as a one bedroom apartment.

Cancellation Policy
BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS Cancellation/Amendment Policy: GENERAL Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival date free of charge. Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 14th day Prior to Arrival. If cancelled or modified after this 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. PEAK PERIODS 15th September to 3rd October 2017 22nd December 2017 to 14th January 2018 If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged. Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 30th day Prior to Arrival. If cancelled or modified later 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period then a refund may be made back to the guest. Travel Insurance We highly recommend you have an appropriate level of travel insurance. Unless otherwise advised by you in writing immediately acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed. CHECK IN: After 2.00pm - please note Proof of identification is required. CHECK OUT: Before 10.00am Please advise reception if ETA is after office hours. A Late check outs maybe available (Fees may apply). PLEASE NOTE: All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in. Booking Requests: Where possible management will allocate booking requests unless where circumstances beyond our control prevent this. Cots and high chairs are available for hire.
