Set on three and a half acres of absolute lakefront, the lodge offers complete privacy and magnificant views, the perfect family holiday. Cancellation Policy
1. The premises are available to you for holiday purposes only and for the period stated on the receipt and confirmation. The property is available from 12 pm on the day of your arrival and is to be vacated by 11 am on the day of your departure. Prior arrangements can be made and agreed upon by the owner and/or agent to extend these times . If the premises are occupied past the given times without prior arrangement, an extra charge will apply. This fee will be a minimum of equal to a half day charge of the nightly rate. 2. All accidents or injuries incurred during activities (ie. water sports) pertained in or on part of the Lavender Hills property, are the strict responsibility of the party. Life jackets are not supplied by Lavender Hill, but are necessary for all boating and water sports activities. Guest should be experienced, and hold all necessary licences before engaging in boating or water sport activities. Water conditions and levels at Lake Tinaroo vary. Always fully assess surroundings prior to engaging in any water sports or boating activities. 3. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and are the responsibility of you, the guest. 4. Owners hold no responsibility for injuries incurred or damages to your belongings. The owner/agent does not cover your personal belongings under their Insurance policy and therefore take no responsibility for any loss or damage of personal belongs in or on the property. 5. A non refundable 10% deposit is payable to confirm your booking. Full and final payment must be made 7 days prior to your arrival date. If full payment is not received by the due date, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking, and retain 10 % deposit as a cancellation fee. A credit card bond will be taken upon booking to cover any damages or theft. Notification of any breakages, loss, damages or maintenance should be reported to the.
