Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions Deposit To book a room or an event within 60 days we require full payment. If booking accommodation more than 60 days in advance we process a 50% deposit with the balance of payment being due on arrival. All bookings subject to our cancellation policy. Visa MasterCard or Bankcard may be used to secure deposit. Cancellation Policy Individual bookings (where up to two rooms have been booked): No refund of deposit if cancelled within 21 days of arrival date but a credit will be offered subject to availability. No refund of credit available if cancelled within 14 days of booking. Full payment required if cancelled within 5 days of arrival date . Group bookings weddings and events: Initial deposit required on booking and is non refundable. 50% of event cost required with in 30 days of event date non refundable. Full payment of event cost required within 10 days of event date non refundable.
