CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT POLICY If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged. Peak Periods If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged. If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period then a refund may be made back to the guest. Please note that the balance of accommodation will be charged to your nominated credit card 14 days prior to arrival date (30 days peak periods).
