ACCOMMODATION
Below is a list of accommodation providers from which bus transfers will be provided during the conference. Bus transfers will be provided to all conference sessions and social functions. Metro Hotel Ipswich International (conference venue) and Oaks Aspire Apartments (walking distance) will not receive bus transfers to the daily conferencing sessions.
Links have been provided for booking accommodation via our www.DiscoverIpswich.com.au website. To complete the booking online, payment will need to be made via credit card. For other payment types including invoicing, or if you have difficulty securing accommodation or require any extra information, please contact the Ipswich Visitor Information Centre on (07) 3281 0555.
Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
You will have to book transport from the airport to your accommodation at your own expense. The available options are detailed below:
Airport Express: Airport Express operates a door-to-door airport bus shuttle service to and from Brisbane Domestic and International airports. Bookings are essential and must be made 2 full working days prior to the service being provided. AirTrain: Airtrain is the quick and easy way to transfer from the domestic and international airports. Sit back in air-conditioned comfort and take the express pathway to Brisbane before changing at Roma Street or Central Stations for your journey through to Ipswich. This option would be most suited to those staying at the Metro Hotel Ipswich International and Oaks Aspire Apartments as they are withing walking distance from the train station.
